FREDDIE NORWOOD (41-1-1, 22 KOs) Former two-time WBA Featherweight World Champion Saint Louis, Missouri vs JOHNNIE EDWARDS (12-1-1, 7 KOs) Jacksonville, North Carolina Northern Quest Casino Two undefeated young Russian prospects will be featured on the Art Pelullo/Banner Promotions card in separate bouts. 23-year-old jr. welterweight Ruslan Provodnikov (4-0, 3 KOs) of Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia, will fight in a four-round bout against an opponent to be announced. Ruslan's last fight fight was on the undercard of the Ricky Hatton-Jose Luis Castillo main event on June 23 at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas. 21-year-old Maxim Vlasov (8-0, 1 KO) of Samara, Russia, will fight Sam Haynes of Portland, Oregon, in a six-round super middleweight bout.
